This game is purely started(although later I hope to repurpose it to solve other people's issues) to solve my ####ing problems because I am beyond pissed with 1990-2000's microsoft's planning on this stupid programming language.
I've been working on a text editor(because DOSBox doesn't come with one for some reason) and I've run into two issues I can't fix for some damned reason.
One is the fact(problem) my program doesn't recognize a file(ROBLOX.txt) exists, no matter how many times I reprogram it.
The other fact is that I can't find a way to make certain columns display while other columns DON'T display. So... like I want column 4 and 1 to display but not 2, 3, 5, or 6.
The attachment below is a fix. I also have links below to get DOSBox, QBasic. Included with the attachment is how to mount this file. I also included in the attachment an "insta-install" copy of QBASIC. To my knowledge there is no difference between the insta-install copy I have created and the normal installation. Thank you for reading this.
After THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED, the next person can post their own Qbasic project that has some errors that they cannot fix. It's like a game where the reward is being able to forge sorta better relationships and perhaps even get their names immortalized in a programming language discontinued in 2000.

Well, I stuck to my promise. My program has been fixed. Sticking to my Roadhazards promise, I am now taking requests. The next one will display below. In the mean time, tools are currently loaded below.
DOSBox
QBASIC I recommend the 7.1 download over the 4.0 download as the 7.1 is newer and meant for purchase, so obviously it's better. Check the INSTA-INSTALL copy here. Uses version 7.1.
To set up your own QBASIC error, simply PM me to set it up.
